Request a dental examination

An in-person examination lets a dentist assess your oral health and discuss appropriate next steps. Fees, insurance arrangements, clinician availability and opening hours must be confirmed by the clinic. When appointment requests are enabled, submit only your name, contact details and preferred callback or visit times. Do not put symptoms, diagnoses, photographs or payment information in the appointment request. Wait for the clinic to confirm a date, time and dentist. Do not delay urgent care while waiting for an online reply.
